Planting Cacao

Now every time we take the short walk to the river, we gonna plant 4 or 5 cacao seedlings in there. incredibly rich virgin soil, like compost. Gotta chop out a little space among the roots. Along the Rio Burrito, its raining this morning, good for the garden.

Beehive

Nature brought us a swarm of honey bees for the holidays, so we built a wooden box quickly before they took off, and now they’re happily at home, making honey. Kind of hard to see them here, but it’s fun watching them go in and out.
